At Banna’s Perfume, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we aim to make the return and refund process as simple as possible.

🔁 Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Invoice or proof of purchase required

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return unless defective.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 5–7 days of delivery for:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect products
  • Manufacturing defects

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Customized or special orders
  • Sale items

💸 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is from our side.
